The University of Sydney Venue Collection Office manage casual booking for the University of Sydney Venues. The University of Sydney Venue Collection also offers Gold licensed and HACCP accredited catering options for your meetings, conferences and events. Internal university clients can make casual booking requests by using the following Online Booking Form.Please note: that there are a number of buildings on campus, which are open until 9pm in the evenings Monday to Friday, during semester. By utilising these venues additional costs for cleaning and attendants charges can be significantly reduced. We would be happy to provide assistance and advice with regards to booking these buildings.

Every year room allocations for timetabled teaching space are carried out over the months of December and January, with the final draft being available in mid-February. Casual requests cannot be processed until this is finalised. For casual bookings please check availability and submit your request after February 12.
